    Simple Chia Pudding with Avocado Nice Cream

    My sweet tooth has been on fire these last few weeks.   I have been working on slowly reducing my sugar intake over the past few months and was actually doing okay. I went from 3 daily cups of coffee sweetened with 4 teaspoons of sugar to 1 cup sweetened with only 2 teaspoons! I’ve also stuck to having only one chocolate bar a week as opposed to however many I can sneak past my fiancé.
